What is the AEP?

The Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) is when you have the option to make any changes to your Medicare policy. If you take advantage of the AEP, then you won’t have any additional costs associated with the policy change. This is one of the reasons why it’s important to make sure that you make note of when the AEP is.
The 2022 AEP
This year’s AEP will last from October 15 to December 7. Whether you’re new to Medicare or you’ve been enrolled for years, it’s essential to make note of those dates. There are lots of reasons why it’s important to examine your coverage yearly, so that you can be sure your policy works best for your situation.
The 2022 AEP is a great time to review your policy and make sure that your coverage still aligns with your medical needs.
