Details of High Deductible Plan G
Like High Deductible Plan F, your coverage for High Deductible Plan G begins after you meet the deductible. In 2021 the deductible is $2,370. This means you are responsible for all Medicare-covered costs, such as coinsurance, copayments, and deductibles up to $2,370. After that, the insurance company will pay.

Hospital Inpatient Costs
Original Medicare
- Day 1-60 of an inpatient stay: Your annual deductible is $1484 with coinsurance
- Days 61-90: your cost of coinsurance per day is $371
- After Day 90: you pay a lifetime reserve day of $742
Medigap Plan G
- 100% of Medicare Part A coinsurance and hospital costs, up to an additional 365 days after Medicare benefits are used.
Part B Coinsurance

Blood
